Baranauskas represents Brazil and Latin America at the UNESCO Institute for Information Technologies in Education (IITE).<\/p><p>She holds a Research Productivity Scholarship from The National Council for Research (CNPq). She is a Co-founder and former Director of the Nucleus of Informatics Applied to Education (NIED), at UNICAMP. She is also Senior Lecturer of The Brazilian Computing Society (SBC), appointed by the SBC Special Committee in Human-Computer Interaction. Her formal education and academic collaboration include a B.Sc. and M.Sc. in Computer Science and a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering at UNICAMP, Brazil (1993). Professor Cec\u00edlia Baranauskas has made significant contributions throughout her professional life regarding technology-based education and design, for All.<\/p><p>She is one of the authors of the very first HCI book in Portuguese, has lead several projects in the context of digital Citizenship and Inclusion, and has advised more than 60 MSc dissertations, PhD theses and postdoc studies.<\/p><p>Her research interests have focused on proposing a socially-aware design perspective for the analysis, design and evaluation of technology-based environments. Patr\u00edcia Jaques Maillard<\/strong>, a Research Productivity Fellow from CNPq, holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul (UFRGS), having completed a doctoral internship at the Laboratoire d\u2019Informatique de Grenoble, in France. She completed her postdoctoral studies at Carnegie Mellon University in 2012, at the Human-Computer Interaction Institute, and served as a visiting professor at the Machine Learning and Data Analytics Lab of Friedrich-Alexander Universit\u00e4t, in Erlangen, Germany.<\/p><p>Currently, she is a collaborating professor and researcher in the Graduate Program in Informatics (PPGInf) at the Federal University of Paran\u00e1 (UFPR) and a researcher at the CESAR Institute. Her work focuses on Artificial Intelligence applied to Education, having published numerous articles in specialized journals, edited books, and produced chapters and lectures on Artificial Intelligence in Education and Educational Informatics.<\/p><p>She has received awards for her papers and research projects, coordinated several national and international events, and serves on the Editorial Board of high-impact journals in the field. She holds a Ph.D. from the Institute of Education (IoE), University of London, UK (2014), and a Bachelor\u2019s (2004) and Master\u2019s degree (2007) in Computer Science from the Federal University of Pernambuco (UFPE).<\/p><p>She worked as an interaction designer at CESAR Recife from 2010 to 2013, and as a researcher at the London Knowledge Lab (University of London) in the field of tangible interfaces for education from 2008 to 2010. She has also worked at NAAH\/S-Recife, a center for activities for gifted children. Dr. Taciana completed her postdoctoral fellowship at McGill University, Canada, developing technologies to support communication among the elderly.<\/p><p>She has extensive experience in organizing scientific events, serving on program committees of national and international conferences. Additionally, she has been a member of the editorial board of RBIE \u2013 Brazilian Journal of Informatics in Education and currently serves on the editorial board of prominent journals in the field.<\/p><p>Her research interests include Educational Technologies, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), and Computing Education.
